The military Judge rejected Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan defense that he shot the soldiers to defend the Taliban leaders in Afghanistan because she “will not allow Hasan to present any evidence or argument relating to the defense of others.”

While the Fort Hood shooter continuously proves to America that he is an Islamic terrorist, the left-wing media and their uninformed followers still refused to acknowledge it because of political correctness. They just do not want to offend the terrorist.

HOUSTON — A military judge on Friday rejected a new defense strategy by accused Ft, Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan.

The judge, Col. Tara Osborn, said during an afternoon hearing at the Army base that she would not allow Hasan to argue that he shot Ft. Hood soldiers to protect Taliban leaders in Afghanistan, as he had proposed.

Hasan, 42, an American-born Muslim, is charged with premeditated murder and attempted murder in connection with the deaths of 13 people and wounding of 32 others in the attack on Nov. 5, 2009. If convicted, he faces a possible death sentence.

The idea that he was defending the deaths of terrorist by killing the soldiers is absurd. The soldiers showed no threat to anyone and the Fort Hood shooter referred to the suicide bombers on various internet postings as heroes. If they military was not worried about some civil rights action by some left-wing baby doper organization, this could have been prevented.

A senior U.S counter-terrorism official said Thursday night that the Army and FBI were looking into whether Hasan, who is Muslim, had previously come to the attention of federal law enforcement officials as the suspected author of inflammatory Internet comments likening suicide bombers to heroic soldiers who give their lives to save others.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing, said that authorities would examine Hasan’s actions in the months leading up to the rampage in part to determine whether authorities had missed warning signs. “This is going to be a long and convoluted and messy investigation,” the official said.

It has been four years now and this circus still continues.
